FAQ
What's in the whale feed?
/whales/tape merges exchange and on-chain whale trades at full Pro depth: no delay, no $1M floor. It holds about 7 days. Exchange rows go back to 2026-07-13; on-chain rows cover a rolling 48 hours.
What is the signal log?
Every signal we send (whale spike · funding extreme · squeeze flip · liquidation cascade · flow divergence · single-trade & percentile) is logged when it is sent, with price and size. Outcomes are added when measured and never recomputed. Recording started 2026-07-13.
Can I use the data commercially?
Yes, for your own internal or product use, on every paid plan. Reselling raw rows to third parties needs Alpha. Each REST call is ~10 to 50 credits, so a plan is a few thousand to tens of thousands of calls. Plans: Starter ($9/mo, 20K credits), Pro ($29/mo, 100K credits), Alpha ($99/mo, 500K credits).
What happens when my credits run out?
Plan credits refill on your billing date; unused allowance does not roll over, but purchased credit packs never expire. If you run out mid-cycle, top up with any credit pack (POST /api/ai/v1/credits/purchase) or upgrade. Requests return a 402 with your balance, never a surprise charge.
How is my key handled?
After payment, poll the register/status endpoint: your raw key shows exactly once, then only masked. Store it securely. Lost it? Revoke it in Your keys and create a new one.
